CONSULTATION
In the pre-development phase, we support decision-making from site selection through to shaping the development concept. Our aim is to ensure that, from day one, the project is commercially sound, cost-efficient, and economically deliverable.
We carry out plot and site analyses to identify the key risks and opportunities relevant to the proposed development.
Based on the applicable regulations, we prepare a development potential (buildability) assessment, defining the project’s precise parameters—such as the number, scale, and intended use of the building volumes that can be accommodated.
Aligned with the Client’s objectives, we develop the design brief and set the main strategic directions for the investment, with particular focus on phasing feasibility and market viability.
GENERAL DESIGN
We bring over 25 years of professional experience and a diverse portfolio to the delivery of detailed, precise permitting and construction documentation for residential, industrial, and commercial projects, with a strong focus on robust technical content.
Throughout the design process, we manage and coordinate workflows under one roof—from concept design through to delivery. We collaborate with an up-to-date, highly qualified team of specialist consultants, ensuring our projects remain well-coordinated and cost-controlled.
Our collaboration with Clients does not end with the handover of the final design package. We place particular emphasis on project follow-up and on responding to questions arising during construction as quickly and effectively as possible.
VISUAL DESIGN - ANIMATION
Regardless of an building’s function or scale, we produce high-quality visualisations and animations that support investment decision-making and sales.
If required, we can compile a complete sales package. This includes a dedicated project animation that clearly communicates the development’s key concept and direction, and can be effectively used for communication, presentation, or marketing purposes.
